No Returns or Refunds
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been confirmed and production has started.

Defective or Damaged Products
We take great care to ensure every product meets the highest quality and safety standards.
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@diagnomatic.com.
Include your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or another appropriate solution if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
